What is Coach Ryborg?

Coach Ryborg is a personal cycling coaching app that connects to your Strava account to read your ride history and generate personalised daily training recommendations using AI. It is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava Inc.

What data do we access?

We request the following permissions from your Strava account:

• Read — your public profile and activities
• Activity read (all) — your full activity history including private rides
• Profile read (all) — your athlete profile details
• Activity write — to upload routes you build in the app to Strava

We never post activities on your behalf without your explicit action. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

How do I disconnect?

You can disconnect your Strava account at any time from your Dashboard. Click the Disconnect button — this will immediately delete all your stored data including ride history, events, goals, and chat history from our servers.

You can also revoke access directly in Strava by going to Settings → My Apps and removing Coach Ryborg.
